One example is Wine Connection, which began as a single wine retail outlet in Thailand. Through structured expansion, operational refinement, and market positioning, the business scaled into Southeast Asia’s leading wine retailer, now operating across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea.

We also played a key role in supporting Anytime Fitness across multiple Southeast Asian markets, including the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. The platform grew to encompass more than 350 clubs across nine countries, culminating in a successful multi-million-dollar exit in March 2020 to one of Asia’s largest private equity and financial institutions.

Our experience includes working alongside globally recognized hospitality brands such as Panda Express and California Pizza Kitchen, supporting their market entry and growth in highly competitive environments. We have also contributed to the expansion and brand stewardship of Big Boy Restaurants, an iconic legacy brand known internationally for its enduring cultural presence.

In Thailand, we led the rebranding and repositioning of Scoozi Urban Pizza, transforming it into a well-established restaurant group and expanding its footprint beyond Bangkok through improved brand clarity and operational execution.

More recently, we have supported the continued growth of Shake Shack across the Asia-Pacific region. From its origins as a single-cart concept in New York City to a globally recognized brand with hundreds of locations worldwide, Shake Shack represents the type of operator we work best with, brands that value disciplined expansion, operational integrity, and long-term market presence.
